General Information

All pre-registrations MUST be postmarked June 2 or later. Foreign registrations may be postmarked starting May 30. We will send out confirmations starting June 15.
The festival administration fee of $15 (children 12 or under are free) covers your admission to all programs except those listed as having a fee.

There are two shuttle services in Sierra Vista:

Breakfast

To help you get your day started, the Windemere will provide a reasonably priced buffet breakfast Thursday through Saturday morning starting at 4:30 a.m. There will be no charge for breakfast those staying at the Windemere.

Lodging

The Windemere is offering a discounted room rate for Festival participants

Due to the upgrade in military activity centered on Ft. Huachuca there have been times when motel rooms are scarce. Be sure to make your reservations well in advance.


	All field trip and workshop participants must check in at the registration desk (located in the lobby of the Windemere) to receive their information/registration packet.The registration desk will be open Wednesday 12 noon to 6:00 p.m., Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 4:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Our theme for the 2008 SWW Festival is the Madrean Woodland as illustrated by Narca Moore-Craig's painting of the
four woodpeckers that live there.
Her beautiful painting adorns our 2008 T-shits on a stone blue ground. Available in short sleeve only, $18 pre-ordered, $20 at the festival.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Cancellations received by June 30 will be fully refunded.
• No refunds will be issued after June 30.
Southwest Wings reserves the right to cancel or revise any event for any reason. If it becomes necessary to cancel a paid event (field trip or
workshop) for which you have a reservation, we will notify you and issue a full refund. If you cancel your paid trip or workshop reservation before June 30 we will contact you and refund the full trip cost.
•No refund will be issued for no-shows.
