Exhibitors and Vendors

There will be a variety of exhibits in the main corridor of the hotel from state, federal, and non-profit wildlife and conservation associated agencies, as well as commercial exhibitors, with displays and free handouts. In the Vendor Room optics companies, retail stores, craftsmen and artists with an excellent selection of nature related merchandise, will be open for your shopping pleasure.

Vending hours (at the discretion of the individual vendor) are Thursday 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (to the end of the Welcome Reception; Friday 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (the end of the Silent Auction) and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
